Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Items that are worn, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send out the replacement as soon as possible.

However, please keep in mind:

Fabric patterns, shades, or minor design elements may vary slightly from batch to batch — this is part of what makes each piece unique.

Delays or losses caused by shipping providers or customs.
Any damage resulting from improper use or handling of our products.
Indirect or incidental losses beyond the product’s value.
Our responsibility is limited to ensuring the product matches its description and reaches you in good condition.
